I was wondering if anyone has a Rein Hard dual tip exhaust? Hows the sound of the Dart Izumi exhaust, does anyone have a clip of the sound? Anyone know where to get the exhaust for a decent price because I was quoted $900 without shipping for a Rein Hard exhaust? One more thing would you rather get the titanium dual tip exhaust from Rein Hard or the full stainless steel exhaust from Dart Izumi? Thanks oh and this is for a S13 fastback.

This is the Rein Hard exhaust I'm talking about:

why not just go custom? plenty of muffler shops I went to quoted me $300-400 to copy a dart izumi.

Yeah copying these exhaust designs isn't really that hard...I mean it's straight pipes...

The Dart Izumi fence pipes sound absolutely amazing on an SR

especially with an upgraded turbo/ open wastegate. i still remember hearing the autolink s13 that and yen used to drive. that car sounded amazing, especially at redline

from what i've heard from people with a Dart Izumi system, the tone can depend on the size turbo you're running if u have one at all. But i used to wanna get one too, but it really is nothing more than straight pipes. Plus if u wanna hear a good sound clip of it, find some videos of Yasayuki Kazama drifting in his old blue s15 (doesnt use it anymore w/ same specs). Plus u cant tell from that pic u posted up but, most people think the Dart Izumi exhaust if f-ing ridiculous cuz of how far it sticks out from your bumper; you're just asking some f-ing punkass kid to see if it can hold him up like a step

I would copy the Dart Izumi, but then again I have fancied that exhaust style since I first laid eyes on my friends Greddy DD

Yes I have an SR in my fastback. Shops or exhaust fabing places dont do straight pipe because of legal issues or they dont have the bending machine to bend stainless. For the Rein Hard exhaust I was quoted $900 without shipping. I was wondering if anyone knows somewhere that could get it for cheaper.

dood you gotta pay to play for jdm-goodies, i'm sure not everyone on here knows about dart izumi, let alone rein hard products. price is high to be exclusive not to be had by everyone. dish out the cash, wait for it to arrive, then bask in the glow you will have from owning real products. Like Dousan. too much, damn 2 cars, and he still isn't done just yet, and over 5 years.

since your in Hawaii you probably heard Forrests car. Just go to driftsession.com and download some clips. he's got the Green RHD S13 with Full race stickers on the side. Im pretty sure he's running the Dart Izumi. it sounds incredible in person but you can hear it from like a mile away. it is really LOUD.

Yeah, but it's Full Race+External wastegate. A bit diff than just throwing on DI.

Kevin and I have the full stainless Dart. We love it. It is fucking loud on a turbo'd car with the silencers in. It has a deeper tone to it. I also like how well it runs along the underside of the car, it hugs it nicely...wich means not as much scraping. There is my input.

Thank you everyone. Like Dousan said its not DI. He's running his own custom made dual straight piped exhaust. I asked him to fab one but now that I think about it Sideview 180sx is right. Its the price you pay for going JDM. Thanks everyone please keep the info coming.
