I need help finding this part...

Hello everyone! Well, I need help finding a part for my 240... It is the metal thing that goes on the door hinge that prevents it from opening too far. Im not sure what the name of the part is, but if you guys need I can take a pic. When my car got towed, somehow that part broke off. The hinge is in good condition. Im not sure if im going to have to replace the whole hinge? If anyone can help I'd appreciate it.

What broke off, basically its a whole assembly, theres 2 tabs attached to the chassis, and a small metal rod that holds it in place. You probably have to replace the whole assembly, but junkyard that shit son. Pic might be a little more helpful.

I would also suggest posting a picture of what you're in need of and whether you've got an S13 or S14

Door check. Two M8 bolts and a pin attach it to the car. I have a stack of them, PM me for one.

you can just put a bolt&nut small enough to fit in, i did it works fine.

lol....ya, you mean parts.... I gotta replace my timing chain set also :(

actually your right parts, just get them fixed and you'll be a happy man

Looks like you just need to bend the tabs back into shape, pull the thing outta the door, and jam a new rod in there, go to the junkyard and try to find a rod off a door. I had a bolt in mine that threaded in there, but it would click and that got annoying after several days.
