DC Sports Header Carb Exempt?

Is this DC Sports Ceramic header for the 1995 240SX Part # NHC4203

SMOG LEGAL with a CARB EO plate on it?

I recall seeing that it was in process of being 50 state legal but never confirmed if it actually went through.

Anyone have the header and can confirm its CARB EO?

Learn from my mistake with my S13 and call DC Sport direct---they are in SoCal. My header has been "pending" for about 9 months now and I bought it with the assumption that it, like most all DC headers, was CARB exempt. Not so.

lol... i know first hand the s13 one is not CARB... car had to go to a ref station...

The S14 isn't CARB legal. The S13 one is still pending.
