Cliff Alarm 10.5 Settings help!!

I got a clifford alarm 10.5 with the LCD pager. The battery to it went out so I replaced it but now I cant seem to get it to respose to my car. When I click lock or unlock it does nothing. Anyone know how to get the remoute working with the car again

first make sure that your LED is not on a solid color. if it is turn key to on mode then back off and tap the valet switch twice. 2nd if your led is not on solid and you want to reprogram your remote, turn the key in the on mode, press valet once then hold and wait for a beep from your siren, then after the beep while still holding the valet switch down press the lock button on your remote and it should be programmed to default settings. IF that doesent work then check your 2 way antenna and make sure its plugged into both the alarm brain and antenna. Lastly if that dont work then your remote is broken.
