Ok, heres the deal.
Everyone bring their 240sx parts that they want to get rid of. And bring money. THere will be many many people trying to get rid of their used stuff at VERY GOOD PRICES.

What: the official F50/Six2Six 240sx swap meet MEET
- sell whatever you want
- buy whatever you want. (bring your laptops if you guys wanna pay via paypal). There is wireless internet at this location!!!!)
- free to trade parts
- lots of private sellers, and people who work in the industry, that means lots of goodies.
- I'll try to bring a roll of UPS labels so we can have some ghetto name tags LOL

Well, what i was saying before, any cop to go by is not going to like the look of it. A whole bunch of people showing things out of their cars wth exchange of money, looks like sales of illegal goods.

Thought process of a concerned citizen and/or Starbucks employee:
"I see a bunch of young men in fixed-up cars. They look pretty sketchy, gathering and carrying random things in the dark. Who does that? They're up to something, but I don't know what because it's dark. I better call the cops just in case. Better safe than sorry......"

Even if you guys aren't doing anything wrong in making private sales, do you really want that kind of attention? Do you have anything to hide? How legal is your car?

But who knows, maybe Arcadia doesn't have a problem with fixed-up cars and cops are cool about it.

Suggestion:
Weekend, broad daylight, public park or private lot. In broad daylight, regular passerbys tend to question less. Cops are less likely to randomly roll into a public park when families are just having fun. Parking lots tend to be emptier and have less complaints on weekends, as more businesses are closed on weekends. 2+ weeks notice to ensure more people come. More people = more selection of parts.

Anyways, It should be like a Saturday morning/afternoon @ a park FTW, there will be problems carring things around @ night with fancy cars etc. People will be like wtf? is going on, people are slinging stolden items. It WILL happen if it is @ night etc.

but yeh this idea of having it on a saturday. if you want to do it on a saturday in like 2 weeks why dont u guys start a new thread and make it official. this is an ongoing meet that is just doing a swap meet this week. so if you all are so interested which i am also. just set up a swap meet on a saturday in a good location where we wont get shit and thatll take care of it :)

I don't know the last time I went was two weeks or so before your one year anniversity and a bunch of punks started burning out of the parking lot. I didn't go to the big year thing last week...but that pretty much did it for me.

Just to let you guys know that NRG is comming out with a short hub. They said that it should be in at the end of the month. I'll be picking some up and also some quick releases and locks. I'll also be picking up a carbon fiber seat that they just came out with. Let me know if anyone wants anything.

Sux, I wrote the wrong directions, it took me 21/2 hours from my place (Redlands) to get to the area, so I gave up and ended going home =[ I guess the curse continues.........maybe I'll never make it to a nissan meet with my Silvia.....its gonna sit in the garage again for a looooooonnnng looooonnng time again!
