Is there any interest in some multi-link suspension parts for daily driving? Meaning adjustable multi-link suspension with a polyurethane bushing that cost less then what’s on the market.

If any of you guys could change anything on the current multi-link suspension parts on the market (price, quality, materials, more adjustability, improved geometry) what would it be? Thanks for any replies.

Sure, toe links and rucas. Plain looking, painted black and no fruity colored urethane. However, besides old dudes like me and auto-xers, I think most people are going to want parts marketed as "full race" on their daily driven cars.

The "cost less" part sounds good. Spherical bearing rod ends are kinda expensive but you just thread them on and you're done. Bushings cost less (still not free) but they'll have to be pressed in and all that. I don't see how you could make the stuff for less but if you can, rock on!

True. To be competitive against the pillowball stuff on the market you'd need to charge no more than $100/pair. The cost of tooling, the bushings, and the adjustability factor would make that hard to touch and turn any kind of profit.

look at it, its like the same as a steering column, only way i can see to adjust it is like loosening the bolts and kicking the wheel until you get the camber you want which would be like a ton of trial and error as opposed to just progressivley turning a bolt and stopping whenever you have it set right.

the cost of material and tooling is not an issue, that is why iv decided to do this.

or you could just take a wrench and turn the hex shaped piece.

if i were to change those parts to make them better, i would make them lighter, like standard aftermarket RUCAs but with poly bushings. and i would use the same diameter bushings as stock.
