Because if modern speed labs doesnt do right by me very soon, I think thats what I'll be doing.

It doesn't look like I can get them in small claims in NY, so I'll have to fly to indianapolis for a hearing. Fortunately Indiana courts let you file electronically so all I'll have to do is be there for the hearing, which I'll try to have happen during next summer. I dont even care, I get plane tickets for free anyway.

Does anyone have any better Ideas? For some reason I think there is a forum where you can bring interstate UCC claims in NY with a small jurisdictional amount, but I'm not quite sure. Any advice is appreciated.

This is all just preliminary, as I only recieved my 3 coilovers yesterday, and havent called them yet. Obviously I'm anticipating more stellar customer service from our boys at MSL.

On noes, a mistake was made and without even contacting the company you're considering litigation?
You're a true red blooded American (and a really ignorant one to boot).

Perhaps if you made contact with MSL and LET THEM KNOW YOU HAVE A PROBLEM, they *MIGHT* be willing to help reslove it. I mean, some places still do that whole 'customer service and satisfaction' thing.

Get your damn panties out of a bunch, wait for the FEDERAL HOLIDAY to end, and then try contacting them.
If after a month or more of NO CONTACT and NO SATISFACTION, you feel the need to sue, I encourage and support your efforts.

In closing, grow up, be patient and remember that everyone is human.
Mistakes are made, shit happens, life goes on.
