I was wanting to know what size 17" rim and size tire I should get so that it doesn't rub on the wheel well? It's for an S14 LE

How about search and find the answer on your own.

You haven't provided info for us to answer that simple question. We also need to know the rim width, offset and also how low your car is and if your fenders are rolled or pulled. Then someone may be able to help you.

I'd say something like a 17x8 with a offset in the 20-30s... with a 215 or something tire..

16x8 10 offset is nice or bigger how about a 17x9 15 offset is sic, just pull your fenders and get something FLUSH

Yeah, sorry I didn't search, but thanks guys. I thought a 215 might be to big, but I guess we'll see.

depends on width, offset, how low your are etc... There are quite a few factors your missing.
