Has anyone heard anything from these guys lately? I've been trying to contact them since about last friday. Their phone says the number has been changed and it gives you a new number to call. Call that and it just rings and rings and rings. I had an issue with some overfenders... and they are supposed to get new ones sent to me and it has been over a week. It only takes a day to ship to them so I don't know what the hold up is and can't contact via email or phone... I know they are moving but how can they afford to cut off communication for an entire week?

truth. i've been trying to call them all week as well about the KTS coilover group buy. i figured they'd at least have an answering machine saying something? or respond to emails or PMs but i haven't gotten any response either.

They are in the process of moving facilities right now. They're phones might be up now, and computers will be up early next week.

Try to call early in the morning, they open at 10. I talked to them this morning and they said the coilovers will be in on monday and shipped out on monday too.

ok i'm frusterated. i'm not trying to sound like a bitch or anything but this is ridiculous. i've been calling everyday, sometimes 3 or 4 times a day at different times for almost two weeks now and no response. I've tried email, phone, and PM on zilvia. I wouldn't be so angry if it was within the time limit that they said we would get our coilovers, but it's somewhere close to 90 days when they said we would get them in 60 days. i even called today at 7AM PST and no response. i've heard "they're moving" but they dont even have a damn answering machine. how hard is it to set up an answering machine?

has ANYONE heard from them in the last few days?

This is for all the people that have the right to be upset with our customer service....it has just plane sucked for the last 2 weeks, and now for the reasons why

As of today, or tonight I should say, we have just got the cumputer systems fired up in the new complex, as well as power.

We just finished up today moving into our Brand New complex, and we never dreamed that it would take this amount of time. From building a 2 story office complex and showroom, to adding EVERY single outlet in the building, to building a bathroom, it has been a up hill fight with the contractors, and electricians. Not to mention the phone companies that promise that things will be moved that day, and look, it's been almost 2 weeks.

I can't appologize ENOUGH, and now that things look like they are back and running about 85%, we are going to catch up on the customes that have ordered the products, and go for the 500+ emails after that.

We will try to get everyone back on line, and the specials are still going on.

So once again, we are back up and running, and look forward to getting back on track.

I would never ever buy anything from them agian .. They fuct me over for 3 months on 4,500 dollars worth of shit.. I was so ready to kill them.. Dont listen to there lame ass excuses either they kept giving me the run around claiming my rps clutch I ordered from them was being drpped shipped . I called rps after awhile and they said they never had a ordered placed.. SO i went there in person. 3 hour drive and took the one off there "formula d car" that they where parting out..They also tried to tell me back then that they where moving and all this other shit. ANd how there Dyno was gonna be in ground at there new place so that the andrettei F-1 team cold come use there f-1 cars on it.. LOL month later the dyno was on ebay.. Stay on there ass or u guys wont get shit.. Its like they look for people to forget so they can keep its fuct up.

MSL GB KTS with camber plates = $999 shipped (if we ever get them).

SPL KTS with out camber plates = $1108 plus $8 shipping.

SPL KTS with camber plates (add $159) = $1268 plus $8 shipping.

If I dont get my money back or my coil-overs really soon I'm going to start pulling up my legal rights.

i ordered STANCE from touge factory today at around 10am
they already charged my card and shipped it
and ill have it by friday via fedex. even got a tracking number.
paid more sure, but shit, at least im geting my stuff.

stop being cheap and jumping on group buys. buy from reputable long life companies who can ship asap and have stuff in stock. saving yourself 300 bucks aint worth the headache and chance of losing 6 times that amount.

My friend just IMed me this. I quit working for MSL like 2-3 months ago for a reason. J2 called me today and will be calling all you guys tommorow letting you know they got realesed from customs on Monday.

Why do I seem like im involved in shit when it comes to working in retail its because my ass works for these "Companies"
You guys have all the right to be mad. I havent said anything and im not goingto bash anyone because it never gets anyone anywhere fighting and arguing. I myself purchased these KTS coilovers that MSL was selling and yes I was doing the selling once again. Some of you guys and I wont say any names paid way less as well and you are still getting your product. They were in customs wooooppiidiifuckingdooo. Nothing that MSL could do. Since I have left I bet they havent picked up the phone because yes I was the "Customer Service" I handled the Origin,VS,Coilovers and some of the motor sets when they came in. I was always the behind the desk man. All the stuff like package deals,clutches, stuff like that was handled by Marc. I knew working for them would make me look worst since we are located in "SHITTOWN USA" Indiana.
Indiana doesnt have a company that is worth a damn. I recomend everyone to just purchase from reputable companies like

Our price INCLUDES camber plates, the KTS coilovers come with camber plates, just like most other coilovers (Stance, etc); this is stated on the website. The height adjustable camber plate is a separate item, but MSL is not packaging those with the coilovers either.

Also our price includes a 1 year warranty provided by us, we have replaced a number of shocks, brackets, studs, camber plates, etc; we could easily sell the coilovers for $999 in a groupbuy if we don't have to provide any warranty. KTS does not provide any warranty. Afaik MSL has not stated that they are providing a warranty.

I was informed of this fact at the time of purchase and the rest of my suspension parts were shipped. SPL kept me well informed through PM's and Emails and the coilovers arrived when they said they would. Good company + Good Parts = WIN!

yeah dude i know, i was joking with the 30 bucks. my point is that woopdie doo you saved 100 bucks on some ghost coilovers that took 6 months or whatever to 50% chance show up.

if you buy from SPLParts, your credit card gets charged the day the coilovers show up from japan, and shipped out an hour later. if you loose some parts, call them up and order them. want some new springs? loose a spanner? etc.

cherish that 99$ because i think everybody knows what happens when you give MSL a call hahahah

I am though having major problems with SPL too. Last Jan. I bought a Kaaz 2 way LSD from SPL...well they only charged me $490 for it and the cost was like $903. Now problem...back at the time I had the money budgeted out for it. Now 8 months later I find out they made the mistake and only charged me $490 for it and forgot the do the rest of the $413 the next day. Now it get even worse. I am really tight on money right now. I was away to busy working and could not get the chance to call them during business hours and so they take $100 out of my account WITHOUT asking me...and guess what...yea I didn't have $100 in there so I got a bounce check. Then I had bought a couple $10 things that I knew I had money for before I found out SPL had done this and got 2 more bounce checks. I am pissed at SPL and probably will never buy from them again. 8 months ago I had the money for but I dont now becuase I budgeted out for what I showed I had. Thank you SPL!

Either send the diff back and they can refund you the money or pay them what you owe them. Sure they made a mistake but you should know how much money you spent. Do you not check your balances?

We originally tried to charge you the full amount but it was denied, I figured it might have been a $500/day limit on the card (pretty common) so I charged $490 the first day. When we tried to charge the $413 the next day it was denied. We left a message back then and you never called back and I forgot to follow up on it. The LSD was shipped the day you ordered it, we shipped it before charging the full amount because you had ordered with us before so I trusted the charge would come through the 2nd day, that was a dumb move; but lets make it clear you received the product so you DO owe us money.

When we found the shortfall recently, we called 3-4 times a day over a period of a week, left multiple voicemails, emailed you 2-3 times, and you never returned our calls, left a message or emailed us back. As a last resort we charged you $100, and I hoped you'll call us back after seeing that charge. We still have not heard from you until now. We TRIED very hard to ASK you, I know you may not have $413 available and I was totally open to making payment arrangements, you just never bothered to reply...

If you call us I will pay for your related bank charges for bouncing the checks and we can work out a payment arrangement for the balance you owe... we have placed the remaining $313 with a collection agency, this is the first we ever had to do in our years of doing business; let's settle this and I'll cancel the collection.

Why didn't you call them after they only charged the $490? Don't answer, everybody already knows why. You were hoping they'd forget about it and you'd get a nifty little discount on your LSD. You had plenty of time to set things straight yourself, but you didn't care as long as it was in your favor. It didn't work out. Tough noogies.

Thanks guys! But I don't blame youngvr4man for not telling us about the shortfall, however if he would simply return our calls/emails alot of this would have been avoided.

Kuah, I do apologize for all this. I well pay the money and I hope in my post I didn't make it sound like I wasn't. But I am little upset for the matter.

When I bought the LSD I did notice that you only charged me $490...I noticed that about 2 weeks after the date of the purchase. I kept extra money in my account for the next couple of months figuring they would take it out. I forgot about it after that. I never received a phone call the second day otherwise I would have called back. So I dont know what happened there or why but I never got another call after the order was made and you called back to say that the order had been ship out.

When you found the shortfall I was on vacation the whole week. I didn't even receive the voicemails til a couple days later (in the mountains in colorado) and never showed missed calls. I then never checked my email til a couple days after I got home then saw one email...only one. Still have it. Before I even had to chance to do anything about it (I would have emailed back but in the email it said to call) and by then the money was taken out.

Thats why I'm a little upset. I know I have to pay and will. But when things are tight and you do hardly have a chance to reply...you get this. Kuah and SPL are great. I am impressed how he is handling this. And by this may have just bought back a customer.

I will be getting hold for you guys soon to work something out. I would have gladly paid but we are waiting for a couple peoples bill that are past due that we still dont have checks for and if we would have that it would all be ok. But I will get back with you. Sorry for the mix up and confusion in my last post.

Lets be back to the orginal subject...I want my coil-overs!!!

All coilovers have been sent...we are back up and running, and the dyno is in ground next door in our complex...yes we have been slacking in the customer service catagory, with Edgar leaving, things have been kaotic..

The KTs are going out first thing in the morning...Edgar had all the information, and has just given it ot J2. phone calls will go out first thing

As for the other Stance orders...all are completed, and everything else is completed

Yes we have been a wreck, and no everyone can't imagine what we have had to go thru to get into our new shop..

BUT BELIEVE me...we are back and running....so if anyone has a complaint, please email me directly at [email protected]

im overall pleased with the outcome. and a little something for MSL team.

this is very objective.

ALWAYS have someone answer the phone. this is one way to loose a lot of business whether you are in a restaurant, tire or sales business.

Have you girlfriend, mom, grandma answer the phone. even if they have no idea what are you talking about. COMFORT and CREDIBILITY is everything.

I want to wish MSL the best of luck but i dont think you guys know how to run a business as far as customer service. its pretty much absent. PHONE is vital to any business. if you dont pick it up - money goes somewhere else. plus you freak people out.
Hopefully in the future you will learn from your own mistakes.

Yeah when you don't answer the phoine it makes it look like you are going to "go out of business", claim bankruptcy, not be legally bound to pay any customers back, and then split, to open up a new shop, put some money towards your cars, and try it all over again....


... That's if you are that kind of people. Which apparently the entire state of Indiana is...

Ok i looked up your info and your kts has not been sent out yet. there was a note by your info stating that they could not reach you by phone to confirm you mailing info. so if this is the correct address the kts can go out a.s.a.p. sorry this is taking so long but we dont want to ship any sets out if we didnt know the address was 100% correct. this is so you the customer are sure to get the parts you ordered and not some random joe who has no idea what showed up to his house. i hope you can understand whay we waited. again sorry for the long wait but we will get these to you as soon as you let me know that this is the address you want them shipped to.

He emails me saying " get your phone working"? My phone works perfect! I have called them dozens of times and it rings and gos to there voicemail. This is bull!
