ok im pretty sure this is in the right place. post coilover settings and resulting handling characteristics, also include model of car, and camber/toe if possible. i assume most of us have either 32way adjustables or 8ways so go with the lower the # the harder the setting. ignore tire type, just give general response.

my 240sxhatch = 15damp in front with about -1 camber / 11damp rear 0 camber.

- its understeer biased but pretty predictable.

-----------------------------------------------------------------

if you mods think this thread is retarded feel free to kill it. i just think it might help people get there suspensions dailed in they way they like.

cut springs= KEWL:ghey:

i actually run HE's almost slammed...dunno what dampening i use cause theres no more track

camber: -2 degrees in the front, and slammed honda camber in the rear (not really, its -3)
caster/toe: 0

result= dont know cause no mo' track cuz...and i need better tires...besides settings is all personal preference

There's too many dimensions in good handling to relly on alignment and dampening settings alone. You'll have to go into a lot more detail than that to make this thread worth while.

Alignment
Spring Rates
Sway Bars
Aftermarket Arms
Bushings
chassis stiffening
Coilovers and damper settings
Tire sizes, compounds, and pressures
Rim sizes and offsets
Power level
Type of driving (high speed, tight cornering, drift, etc.)
Type of car
