i'm been replacing my brakes once every two years. and the inside pads wears out all them while the outside doesnt what can i do ta fix it so the brake pads in the rear wear out more evenly.

Clean and lube the brake caliper slide pins.

btw, that isn't brake fade at all. try using a title that matches the thread a little better.

after cleaning/lubing the sliding caliper pins...
have rear of car up in air... spin rotor by hand & have buddy depress pedal few times... just to verify if he releases it, the caliper would retract a bit off from the rotor & you can spin freely. if not, then start suspecting a rusty/seizing piston itself...
how's the dust boot around the piston?
ok, then you'll have the buddy apply brakes & pull parking brake. verify it's not spinning freely by hand- then tell your buddy to release parking brake to see if caliper would let off from the brake rotor...
