equips VS DDC equips which should i get?

i know its my car, just wondering what the general opinion of everyone here is, there are some equip 5 spokes all chrome for sale. i was gonna get some regular lipped ones but they also have the similar size and low offsets of DDC equips. ive heard stepped lip is stronger.

the only pros vs cons i can think of is that DDCs dont LOOK like they have as deep as lip as regular reversed lip wheels. but they are stronger altho i dont plan on going offroading in the things.........

any opinions?

DDC provide very little lip even with aggressive offsets. The non-DDC version look waaaay better IMO.

yeah go with reverse lip, the strength isnt an issue, forged multipiece works are always hella strong

ill be going with reverse lip than. some other guy can have the DDC, aint worth it even if they are limited edition. ooooooo, =P

i like the big lip equips always. Im not a fan of stepped lips at all!

stepped lips are ill when they're on relatively wide wheels. They're more resistant to bending than regular lips too.

flat lips look good, but not for long unless you baby them

Yeah, personally, I would stay away from the Equip w/ the DDC lip, but I'm biased... ;)

well im thinking even if i track some equips, which i might up front , probly not int he rear, they are forged and pretty damn strong and 3 piece so even if the lip breaks or dents, i can have it fixed or replaced...

but yeah i cant go that wide becuase im not willing to do more than fender pull on front rear so i could probly fit a 10 with a decent offset and a 9.5 up front.
10.5 if i really pull the rear. and from what ive seen unless ur rocking a 4 inch lip the DDCs look pretty crappy.

oh well ill just have to be patient and wait for another reverse lip wheels to come in in decent size and offset. thanks for posting every1
