i have been looking for months know and still can find them. JCwhitney, Jegs, APC, and many mroe. all the links i have found on here i still cant find them, does any one know where to look?

Prolly talking about the quick release latches that everyone that keeps the hinges uses.

www.protex.com will have them.

If not go buy a "Racecar" or "Racecar Engineering" magazine, they've got all the cool stuff in them

wow i didnt think they would use a spring, but both site i'll be looking thru, also i wouldnt have thought of calling it a hood pin

its not like its actually a hood pin

you can just use regular hood pins to hold the trunk on if you gut the hinges and everything.
