Open the face of the lock, you will see a black plastic trim ring surrounding the cylinder. There are tabs on the back which will allow you to remove that trim ring. Take care not to break this trim ring. You can lift up on the face's door slightly to make it easier. Remove the lock arm from the back of the cylinder by popping off the lock ring. This is easily accomplished with a small screwdriver, but be careful not to loose the snap ring when it pops off. Once these have both been done the cylinder should slide out of the lock.
Now remove the cylinder from your stock lock. Remove the lock arm from the back of the cylinder the same as you did with the other lock. As far the front of the cylinder goes, I just jam a thin screwdriver under the metal trim and pried it up and ripped it off. I had no ntention of reusing the stock lock, so I had no remorse in destroying it to get the cylinder out.
Now take your original stock lock cylinder and slide it into the Silvia lock, reattach the arm to the back, and snap the trim ring onto the front. Ta-Daaa!

I don't have pictures of when I did mine, but following my instructions should make it fairly clear.

I don't understand. I told you how to change the tumbler, not mount it to your car.
