The brake lights work, the reverse lights work and the headlights work. But the rear running lights wont work and I can't find the problem. I've checked all the bulbs and tried putting larger fuses in, but they keep blowing. Any suggestions? I need to be able to drive at night without having someone follow me.

This is the worst thing you can do. Think about it. The purpose of a fuse is to regulate current. Too much current and it blows.
When fuses blow like that, it generally means there's a short or bad ground. So you put a larger fuse on, which means even more current can go through = 240 on BBQ.
Read up on basic electronics. Use the correct rated fuse. Do #1 in my sig.. Get a multimeter. Look for shorts and bad grounds.

That's right. I'm pretty good with electrical, but sometimes I just do things backwords. Anyway, the proper fuses are in abd all the bulbs are perfect.

Id check the sidemarker wires...sometimes they fall out and short on the fender.

I figured it out, but it was really wierd. My taillights, front corner lights and my gauge cluster wouldn't light up because my cig lighter doesn't work. Either way I fixed it.
