View Full Version : Electrical HELP...what to do

Alright i have a 93 coupe and i have a problem with my turn signals, hazards, high beams and wipers...i thought maybe blown fuses but i think that may not be the problem b/c when i changed it out none of the above works...what can i do any advice...i want to try to avoide NIssan dealership so anyone know anything??:confused:

Check the wiring harness leading up to your turn signal/headlight combo switch. If the wiring harness turns out okay, then you're going to have to get your hands on a FSM & test the turn signal/headlight combo switch itself. Follow the testing procedures as shown in the FSM.
Chances are the turn signal/headlight combo switch is shorting out - they get old and wear out like everything else in your car. Check the For Sale ads, (or post in the Want to Buy section), here on Zilvia.Net & see if anyone's selling a turn signal/headlight combo switch for cheap. R240NA is usually good for parts.....that is if he's still selling them....I haven't been here in a while...

^^+1, but also Check your flasher relay, that also could be the issue.

Check the underhood relay box 1. #1 in my sig. EL section.
Also check the engine harness under the front left fender.

Try groundings maybe? Thats what caused me to have no power inside and no lights. *a

Have you checked the Headlight fuselink in the relay box on the right side near battery?
