I recently installed cusco comp-s on my S14. I noticed that the front left camber is way more then on the right side. Both top plates are at "0", previous suspension was OEM and camber was ok, coilovers were installed on other S14 before and camber setting at "0" after alignement was almost identical on both side. My question is why do I have one side way off like that. What could be the cause ?

0 is not really 0 camber.
its just a marker for adjustment.
go get a real alignment.

I know that the "0" on the plates are not the actual camber but a reference and I did go to aligned the car but need to install ruca's to complete it. What I meant is how come the camber is way more than the other side. I know a car is never asymmetric but still, there is a big difference and I was wondering why. Possible cause.

yah probably the bolts where it attaches to the spindle. Thats more then likely your problem, or uneven ride hieght.

Thanks, I will have a look. BTW ride height is even. Other possible things ?

Are the 4 hex bolts for camber adjustment in the same holes on both coilover top plates?
There's usually 6 or 8 holes on each camber plate where the 4 hex bolts fit. I'm guessing that your top plates are set up differently from one another.
here's what I'm talking about.

some coilovers have slotted holes where it mounts to the spindle. check that first. loosen both bolts on the spindle and see if it moves. make sure they are both in the same position. double check your ride hieght. measure it with a ruler don't eyeball. and then check and chage your camber plates. if you need to adjust, lift the car. lol

They are in the same holes and evrything is at the same height.

Just take your car to an alignment shop and have it done by a professional since you're having such a hard time.
