I can't say how much you would value being a part of a good forum and have access to the many D1, FD, and NASA drivers, as well as knowledge and discounts from many leading industry people. Only you can decide how much that is worth to you, which is why I said OBO.

Secondly, they will let me do it, because A) i have the ok to do so and B) there are enough people there, that by changing the avatar and sig and name all at once, nobody would make the connection between the name change. it happens all the time, where somebody just changes their own name, and nobody knows who they are until they say "oh yea i was that guy".

IMO, which is only my opinion, there are no better sites around. Hence why I'm even offering. Nowhere else has the comradery or close-nit feel along with the wealth of knowledge, without all the little kids and annoying fanboys as this place. atleast i have not found it yet if it exists. However, all this holding true, it does not outweight me trying to make a monetary donation elsewhere.

I was once a fanboy lurking around on these forums... Afraid to post or do anything in fear of looking stupid. Then I was approached about buying an account for ziptied.com... At first I wasn't sure because those guys were even bigger assholes and I would just be looked down about as the douche bag poser that I was. Then he assured me that the high post count on his account would put me on top of the forum! People would look up to me as an "elite" member of that site. I then agreed and paid alot more than $250 and it has changed my life!!!! I have since got promoted to an assistant manager at mcdonalds and have had sex with 2 fat chicks since I purchased my account. I definately feel my confidence level has increased quite abit due to having my super high post count on the most elite forum on the web!
