I like how he stresses PAYPAL. Paypal doesn't do shit to recover any money from fraud. They simply go to see how much the person has in their paypal acct (that wasn't transferred to their bank account). If they already transferred your money into their account.. boom .. you're screwed.

if they do claim or whatever they can pull from your bank account you have on file but scamers just close the bank accounts before that even happends
