This is why

http://www.vinylwurkz.com/ffftw.jpg

Basically, I built my system in Nov 05. Since then, I never bothered to turn on my firewall, or use anytype of antivirus.. But for some reason my comp felt slow, so I thought I'd do a virus scan... It read out fairly clean, I'd say. :)

Opera Ftw!!!!

Hell ya, Opera love! Everything is just so damn convinient. The mouse sequences, the hot keys, the built in torrent client, it's all fucking awesome! I don't think I can go back to something else. Now when I use IE or even just the file browser on my comp, I find myself rightclicking and dragging left to go back, but it doesn't work :ugh:

Opera+OSX=Awesome :fawkd:

I don't get it...so your saying Firefox is good?

I use it a hell of a lot more than IE and I <3 the extensions...mouse gestures, forecast fox, Fire FTP and many more!!

Tabbed browsing is super awesome.

Better pop up protection
faster
custom search engines (bittorrent, dictionary, wikipedia, weather, etc, etc)
MP3 player support
mouse gestures
pain free multi-window management (tab browsing ^ Ritz S14)
bookmarks synchronization between computers
The list goes on and on. I've used them all and Firefox is by far my favorite browser.

Well in Opera an example is to go back a page one can rightclick+leftclick or rightclick+drag cursor to left. I think it's the same for Firefox, though idk because I have a fairly old version...

I'm using Safari right now, and thats a pretty close description of the crap I can do. But I think some of the credit has to go to OSX, soooo much better than lame ass windows. Only downside is the stinking compatibility issues with games, media etc etc.

I have this one: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/12/

and here is another version: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/39/

Basically you hold the right click and move the mouse and different directions to preform a task or hold right click and use the rocker to view other tabs.

ActiveX control that runs in IE. Pretty funny in a Firefox thread now that I think of it. Uses the same engine as 3Dmark. Just less involved. http://gameadvisor.futuremark.com/
