JULY All Nissan meet

well all the other forums are shooting some ideas together as far as a meet and events to go down for our planned monthly meets.

so far we are planning on july 20th at st paul woods as being our most solid plan so far a meet and bbq as we've been having.

ther are ideas of a proposed nissan camp out and such but that is in discussion as of now. the other thing that is being discussed is a date at the drag strip this may be the 20th depending on other peoples replies.

July 20th sounds good, and its not a holiday. How much would it cost for the drag strip, for both running your car and spectator prices. And I am guessing you are talking about Route 66 Raceway.

I can go to a couple of 300ZX boards and see what thier input is.

well the date seems to be a good one with everyone. so the meet will take place on the 20th of july whihc is a saturday.

as far as activities gld is having a bugfest and volkswagon thingy there. route 66 does not seem to have any events there on their website.

it seems it might be more of a meet at the forest preserve again at st paul woods on oakton and caldwell in niles il.again maximas.org is participating in the event along with sr20deforum and b15sentra.net along with more to follow.

i will also contact the windy city z president on discussing how he would feel participating in this event. i will also post info on datson boards to get a big representaion of nissans of the past and present.

place isa busse woods located at the intersection of arlington heights rd and higgins rd it is near streets of woodfeild and woodfeild mall the entrances for busse woods are on higgins rd

Enter at Arlington Heights and Higgins, and look for Busse North.

there is an exit for higgins but thats on 290 or 294 i beleive if you cant find the directions using randmcnally.com tell me i will give you my address since a buncha people are meeting up at my house since i have a big driveway and im close to the location.

ok i got the spot reserved for us. only thing its busse south.
busse north was already full. so we have the last section of busse south. the cost was 40 bucks. so 1 buck a person <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':p'>
i have a map of the reserve if anyone needs it i cant host it on my site cause its over 100mb so if anyone wants it just email me.
busse south is the first preserve if yyour coming west on higgins to your left and going east is the 5th on your right. i will get a cardboard sign made at the entrance.

i will be at the preserve at 9 to make sure we dont have any other people come to our section. anyone else wanna come? maybe do some early tuning? :\

theres a map in the other thread i started. its not that hard to get to the preserve. i wont have anyone meeting at my house since i have to be there at 9. unless yu want to come super early.

Like Lourans (CAMPPAIN) said, Busse North has been reserved.

Please inform anybody else who is planning on attending the meet that it is going to be now held @ Busse South. This section is reserved for us so there will be no more changes towards this.

Here is some general map/rules & regulations info.

This information will be posted on b15sentra.net, altimas.net, sr20deforum.com, zilvia.net and vq35de.org

Please post this information on any of the other boards I have missed. I will include the URL of the images so that you can use them to post on the other boards.

Once again, the meet will be held at Busse South, not Busse North.
