so are you telling me i have to do something or just making a statement... if your talking about the red plugs on the positive terminal i added that from the KA one and put it on the SR one so they would plug right in... i dont really get what your talking about though... any more help would be great guys

Yeah, you really did not want to cut that. Normally people use the KA lower harness to handle the starter, alternator and tranny sensors.

I have a pinout of those plugs somewhere if you want but in your case, I think your best bet is to solder the ka lower harness back exactly as it was before.

Heres a back up of the old sr20 hybrids page on how to wire the S13 into S14 swap:

Nevermind, I reread your first post and saw that you dont have the wiring anymore. Heres a pinout I made based on the FSM.

That big white wire goes to the alt. Was your car an auto, because that plug with the white and white/black looks like e203 which i think is on the auto only.

thanks alot man... but those plugs are the sr ones... i already wire everything else up... all the car is really waiting on is for me to figure out how to wire the rest of this shit into the car... i have numerous wiring harnesses in my garage from different cars, do you think i could solder together the rest of that harness??? are the SR wires the same colors that they are on the KA... the car was a 5speed when i picked it up... if theres any way of telling by the vin # here it is JN1AS44D7SW025774

I'm not sure, what exactly isn't working? The items listed on that pinout are the only things that connect via the plugs by the battery, everything else is at the F3 plug.

So heres a list:
Reverse lights
Speedometer
Alternator
Alternator dash light
Oil light
Starter

The gear position sensors aren't really necessary. If any of the above items are not working, you just need to wire them up like my pinout shows, to the engine bay harness, which is the E16-E19 that the E201-E204 plugs at the bottom of my pic are going into.

Also let me know if your car is a kouki, because it might have different wiring, I've never really looked into that.

Here it is, plugs should be right near where your pictures are, by the fuse box.

Have you done the inside wiring for the F3 plug yet, by the ecu?

oh, i have one more question... the sr20 throttle body stays open some, from searching people say that you have to either fab up your own bracket to hold the throttle cable or switch to a DOHC throttle cable(which i have)... any tricks to this??? can you adjust the cable from the pedal inside the car or do i have to make the new bracket, also what would be the best thing to make the bracket from???

Not sure on the throttle cable, but you really only need that alt wire and starter wire to get the car running. Use a multimeter to trace the wires from the starter and alt to where they are cut. Or you could just get annother USDM lower harness I guess.

use the bracket that came with the sr20det. All you need to do is customize it with a dremel tool. Just look at the bracket for awhile, you will figure it out. If not let me know I can take a pic for you. Dont be lazy and just figure it out first just like a puzzle in a videogame.

hint: rotate bracket around a full 180
