Ok well, this is the story, i originally wanted to do a s15 conversion on my 90 240sx and then i saw a picture of the grim light kit by some company, but i looked at both kits and i like the s15 conversion more. Now this is the problem, i heard that the hood and fenders, won't fit. does anyone know if thats true or not?

from i know there is a company called strawberry face in japan that makes that conversion for the 240sx , the conversion will cost you around 3 grand, for fenders, hood, bumper and lights

to completely answer this question... the jdm oem fenders are not a direct fit on the 90 240sx.  in order for them to fit, you must get fiberglass fenders from importfan or someplace else.  the hood must also be purchased from importfan or somewhere else that sells the conversion pieces.  strawberry face makes a conversion kit but it is very difficult to get because it is found mainly in japan.  hope that helps and hopefully no one will ever ask this damn question again(but i know they will)

There is a thread in the FAQ about s15 conversions. Here is a quick link to it. http://www.zilvia.net/f....;t=8874 (http://www.zilvia.net/f/cgi-bin/ikonboard.cgi?act=ST;f=6;t=8874)
