from what I have seen here from searching there are a couple of things I could do to make my car a bit more safe. (on the track and auto-X)
1, Roll Bar + Padding (Just in case)
2, Harness
3, Bucket seats (is FRP ok?)
Is there anything else I should do ???
as always thanks in advance for all your help:bigok:

thanks for the advice.
First off, got the helmet already.
Second, I've decided on the getting the Autopower Roll bar (Should I bolt the mounting points in or weld them or both?). The basic 4 point with the detachable diagonal and harness bar. And well now my problem is directed more towards the seat and harness.
I was wonderiig what you guys think about some of the JDM brands like Takata and Salbelt. Not really anything like hardcore like like a 5-point. something simple like a Greddy 4X4:

I'm not a JDM whore or anything but my lil' brother will be studying at Waseda Univesity so he can ship me stuff.
Also as the to mounting of the belts where would best on the bar itself or maybe the rear seatbelt mounting holes. The reason I ask is because I heard so some of these belts were built with a very small coefficent of elasticity.
So putting them on the haress bar would yeild a smallers amount or elasticity which equates to greater force put on me.
Also as to the seats as PG said FRP is okay but my question is are there any decent buckets out there that don't cost me an arm and a leg. Something reasonally priced because to my 1000 bucks for a seat is a little steep..... thanks again

what do you guys think about this seat. I'm sure everyone has heard of the KTS-coilovers, but did you know that they made a whole shitload of other things as well?
anyhow they make seats the one here is the biggie sized one
like 200$ for the FRP and 350$ the kevlar, thinking about getting the FRP because I'm a cheap bastard. I was wondering if anyone has had experience with them. The only KTS seats I've ridden in are the recineable ones when they let me ride in the KTS EVO....(they weren't bad)
