I am so pissed right now. I go over with my girl to her mom's where I am fixing my car. I have my reaer end off and mmost all suspension parts installed (spl Parts) I am going to buy my rear lca stock to replace my bent one. Right off to the side in the garage is all my stuff. I have the box which came my suspension parts in off to the side.

Today I go into the garage to find the box is not there. I asked her mom and she is not aware of where it's at. I come to find out her pot head looser brother thru it away, along with my tie rods and tie rod end with tools, and some loose materials.

He thought it was garbage cause there was papers layin in it. WTF!!! It has been in the same place for a couple weeks and all of a sudden it looks like garbage. So my girl calls him up at his girls and tells him if he took anything out the box before he tossed it, and he said no. After letting him know what he tossed he starts cursing at her and throwing a tantrum and hung up on her.

I know I am gonna end up purchasing the parts all over cause he is jobless and lives at home with his girl at his moms, and get high with any little money he comes across.

If no one was aware my girl wrecked my car and messed up front and reaer susp. parts.

Sorry to nag but I was a bit ticked as he is always ruining stuff for his family and now my stuff.

I don't think it's right, but if someone left a bunch of shit in my garage that was in the way I'd throw it out too.

Now, if there was a verbal agreement between everyone involved that you were using their space, had parts stored there, and expected to use the space again to complete the work then I can see whay it's an issue, but if you just parked it there, told the mom that her dumbass daughter wrecked your car and you had to fix it, I don't see any reason for them to care since you didn't techincally have the right to do/store anything there in the first place.

So, now that I've struck a nerve, was there an agreement? Did you ask if you could park the car there and work on it from time to time? Did the mom agree? If so, then yes, she is liable for her son's actions, but only to an extent. She (nor you) can make him pay anything under a court of law.

The mom was more than agreement with me fixing my car as I help her out alot. She was very dissapointed as to what has happened. She has offered to help with expenses but I refused.

I sat with the brother and calmly and at some point angered. Discussed the situation and have come to a resolution.

I will hold in my possession his dvd surround system,. Keep various cd/dvd's and ps3. He/his girl will pay me the lost wages to re-purchase the items lost.

He then has 3-weeks to find himself a job or his mother says bye,bye and is told to move out (she is fed up). I will also have free labor/help to assist me parts and such. more like clean up.

I also crushed 4-pipes and 2-bongs. Yes, his eyes watered and face lit red, too bad.

I am still in belief like you others that he stole the parts and used it for his addiction.
