real quick, its a civic si...just a body kit no visable nx tank or button, all stock interior, no visable cai, and No Exaust!!

yet he has his track number on his front windshied 089 and under it says 14.23......no fckng way, i want to find him and see wtf

Or it could be a type r swap. There is a guy here who has a type r swap that does a 13.9 and the car looks like shit... lol. it did that with a stock exhuast, and bald winter tires... I have been in it and the car is fast like hell... you never know.

prolly that... I had some guy in a plain white 99 civic obliterate me and we pulled into a gas station and he had done no work but engine work- and he had thrown in a type r.. it was sick.. everything outside is stock- such a sleeper

Dont under estimate civics. alot of them are sleepers. my friend has a b18c1 (GS-R) in his 1995 Civic Si hatchback and he just got a turbo, but its not intstalled. &nbsp;he will beat most cars on the road and give supras, nsx's, rx7's, and other fast cars a run for their money and maybe beat em if they suk at driving. i have nothing against civics or tegs or the typical "ricer" car. you'll come to respect them when they smoke you by 10 car lengthes. heheh. i havent raced him yet cuz my car is in the shop. the guy i bought it from fukin tricked my ass, GRRRRRR.
