do the s13 SE rims fit on a 95 s14 4lug? im asking becuz i might get the rims for free..and since my s14 right now has no rims nor hubs..straight black

Why would you wanna do that, The stock S14 rims are beautiful. I would rather see the S14 on the S13.

He has a base S14...they have steel wheels, and trust me, anything looks better then the stock steel wheels...
