D-BASF has the top secret gold paint replicated. I think the website is close to carismacolors.com don't have it bookmarked. Check out either super street or modified mag online as they both have had cover cars with basf paint, with SS having a top secret supra replica.

PPG has the color as well. My friend has used it on his Top Secret Supra replica also.

Your opinion would probably add more value if you could afford to do one. But it's ok, since I'm in the same boat as you :keke:

nah bro, its just that, well, copying sombody elses car, is about the same as smoking cocks all day.

yeah I know what you mean. But really, the only people that can copy that car is Top Secret themselves. There's still a big difference of me working on a Supra and them working on one :) or for that matter anyone else. I'm sure that Nagata-san aka Smokey knows that as well

I don't care who made it but trying to make a replica of tuner car is fucking lame. I mean not only do you (as the copy cat) look like a fucking tool, it takes away from the original.
Like Russel said.. it equates to smoking pole all day.

Wait, I said a whos-a-mah-what?
I can't get in on this since I'm gonna knock off that black+blue flake Final Konnexion is using on their S15. Whatever, its either that or something I've seen 500 times instead of one time.

Oh sorry Russell, all you "Viceroy" fucks are confusing me. I meant to say "Boxy Brown" aka "CMerc".

Glenn, can't you pick a cool looking FD... Maybe Suenaga's FD (Amemiya/GReddy) or Asamoto's FD (Pan Speed). The Apex FD is so boring.

santacruisin, I would hardly call that rice. Personally, since I have worked on that car, it is far from rice. Top Secret's tuner Akira tunes that car.
Maybe you are referring to this one.

JDMRice is Richard Tang. Not santacruisin'. JDMRice.com is his website. Welcome back to 2001 when Richard was all over the forums (at the time, his 180 was one of the only "drifted" cars with full FRP aero, etc etc in the USA so everyone called it rice). So that's how he got the name JDMRice.
Anyways, its nice to see these SUpras that are inspired by the Original Top Secret one, but imho it would be so sick to build one, paint it black (or white) or something else and have it be DIFFERENT from the original. Then you aren't trying to make a car something that it is not.

+1 Not cool to replicate something so well-known unless you're looking to get clowned. Nice Supras anyhow.

Building something to look exactly like someone else's original idea = More lame then the time the Lamer's went to Lametown in the Lame-Mobile. The only "Replicas" that are anywhere close to decent is GOOD movie or TV cars. NOT F&F replicas! I'm talking Batmobile, General Lee, Eleanor-type cool. But to try to build a carbon copy of someone's shop or race car is just pathetic fan-boy-ism, IMO.

Richard can build some fucking badass cars from absolute nothing. Rice#3 was a parts car kevin and I had, traded him for some stuff and look at what it turned into...a beautiful car that is world famous...The man knows his shit, and has a great sense of humor about his liking of 'rice' :wiggle:

the only thing cool about top secret, is the tuning, and the fact that the paint has real gold in it. posers just put gold mexican lowrider/boat paint and say its top secret haha!
