ok, this is fucking weird. My battery reads 12.5 volts when the negative cable is disconnected. I connect the negative battery cable and 10 minutes later it drops to 8 volts. Sooo, I check for a parasitic drain. With the DMM, it reads a drain of .11 amps. It should be around .05 amps. So, I do the test and the meter did not budge on every damn fuse I pulled that's in the car. So, basically the test said that there wasn't a drain. WTF! I've never seen anything like this(I'm also not a master tech either). Has anyone ever dealt with this. Could a shorted out battery be the cause? Anyone have any info? The car is my 95 240SX

It sounds like you need a new battery.
Because when the battery shows 12v, that's without a load.

Well, I know that the battery should be 12.6V without a load. I can't start the engine to do a load test. The battery is 12.0V when the negative cable is disconnected, but it shouldn't drain down to 8.0V in less that 10 min. I have a drain of .11 amps When I hook the DMM from negative terminal to the negative cable in series to do a parasitic test, every fuse in the car that I pulled didn't make the amps drop. The DMM is good. If there's a drain, but the test passes, what else could it be?

Is it just an old battery, when was it last replaced? Take it to autozone or whatever and they'll put it on a load tester.
