i have the +12 and was thinking of trading for the +25 or +35. is the +12 more concave than the others or is it just the backspacing that is changed?

Concave is the same on all the 10 incher's. But why downgrade to the higher offset?

I like the +25 better
easier to fit without fender modifcation, dont need to run as much camber
but ya like he said, any 10'' FN will have that same sunken face regardless of offset

17x10 +25 fits very well on stock rear fenders on a S13. Only need some fender rolling, and you can tuck some serious meat on there.

i have the +12 currently with 245/40's and coilovers and it barely fits with a roll and -4 degrees camber. that is way too much camber for me.

out of the 245, i'd say maybe 165 of that is actually touching the ground

From the looks of that pic you can roll the inner fender lip much flatter than that and you can definitely dial out quite a bit of that camber with no modification. Looks like you have a finger's width in there or so...

i'd definately go with +25
looks much better

I'm with you. I say roll fender more and slight stretch and less neg camber. That looks the best IMO.

Wow, Tim. -4 on the camber for the street is a lot. You're probably right about only having 165mm of it on the contact patch. I was thinking of putting that same size and rim on my S13 but will use a 30mm overfender. I plan to only run -1.5 camber at the most.

wow that looks good! i dont see why you would rub. well im running -4.5 camber in the rear as a daily driver and there no abnormal wear showing after a hard 7500km on it.

it doesn't rub. i would just like a bigger contact patch.

it does appear that way in the pic. but it is rolled to the max and there is maybe half a finger width at the most

From the looks of that pic you can dial out a lot more camber. Keep the camber curve in mind. The wheel doesnt go up and down straight, so it wont rub with the tire really close at set height if that makes any sense. I run 5mm spacers on my +12s with 235s and theres still room to dial out some camber with just rolled fenders.

BTW, all 10s have the same face. They just add more material to the back where it bolts to the hub for lower offsets.

Wuts the reason your running spacers with those +12s? Didnt think it would rub at all. Im running 17x10s all around and I HAVE TO run 8mms upfront to clear MR coilovers. The lip was rubbing against the springs when its dropped.

Just want a little lower offset. It matches my 9 +0 in the front with slightly less camber.

stick wit hthe 17 x 10s +12, i got it and love it, here are some pics, 245/45/17s with cartoonish tires in the back, -1.9 degree camber, with a little pull and rolled, no rubbing whatsoever.

i have 15mm bolt-ons with my +25s, and im running a 275/40 and about neg3 camber and i dont rub.....and im just a low if not a little lower than u are....

i could probably stand to run about neg2 and be ok.....

fwiw my 10/+25s rubbed my megans pretty bad under the slightest compression in the rear......

actually, now that i look at them, i may be just a bit higher in the rear than you are....but i could go another 10mm or so w/ out rubbing anyways

i want 245/40s, these things are massive, make my car look like a dragster!

Why not just
run a smaller tire and lose some of
that neg camber... If your only using 165 outa
245 than tires are your problem not offset...

Seems like +25 takes it. You can always add spacers.

Team Rootbeer

i disagree, seeing as how they ate up 10mm of thread on my coilovers w/out spacers, its really not hard to fit the +12s anyways

These are +12s in the rear .... not sure about the camber but im running 235-45-17s and only 3/4ths of the tire touch the ground....haha looks mean on a s13...but i had to pull and roll and now they dont rubb at all.
