Today was the day after a few months of my SR swap. Good news is it turned over!!!! It purs. There was some burnt oil smelling smoke coming from the exhaust manifold but I believe it's just burn off, def not an exhaust leak.
The valves are noisey...noiser than I thought they'd be so I may get that checked out. I didn't put it under load, only to pull it back into my garage. The clutch pedal def needs to be adjusted only b/c it caught like an inch from the ground. I didn't show any boost (defi gauges) only vacuum when I revved it up but that's b/c I had no load I assume.
The efans didn't work...so I got to wire them up differently. I have them wired up to the stock AC fan relays. Probably get a fan controller or something rather than the stock AC wiring.
Oh yea, and the power steering fluid is bubbling like crazy...not boiling...we thought we bleed the system before we cranked it...but I'm sure b/c there was no fluid in the pump there was air there...so that's gotta be fixed...
Engine is a S15 SR20det and transmission is from an S13 :) I'm just glad everything turned over. Now time to do the adjustments I need to. Thanks for all the help everyone has given.
