I just realized this, I bought my car without testing the cruise control. I don't even know how to work it or if it works?
I may need it for the longer trips this summer on the highway (keep me out of trouble <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/hehe.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':hehe:'> ).
Just cruious, does yours work? Do you use it? How high does it work?

My cruise works fine.  You have to hit the "Cruise on" button on the console first, then set the cruise from the steering controls.

mine works.. but i tend to not pay attention when i use it .. so i like to just drive w/o it

Get up to speed

Turn your "Cruise" button on

Press "SET/ACCELERATE" button on your steering wheel, and that's it

and to increase speed, press the accelerate button instead of stepping on the gas, likewise for deceleration. it's like driving with your thumbs. to take it off just step on the gas or brake.

Doh - 1/2 correct..  Gas will not turn off cruise, but will temporarily accelerate you over what cruise is set at.  If you let off the gas, the car will slow back to the pre-set cruise speed.  there are 4 ways to stop cruise:

Brakes
Clutch
Cruise "Off" button on console
Cancel button on steering wheel.

Hey guys i have cruise control and i can never get it to work i don't think it works. When i press the cruise button on the side the light comes on but when i go to press set on the steering wheel it doesn't work does anyone know what could be the problem?

When I go to college I will probably be driving for like 30 minutes on the express way. Do you just keep  it in any gear or is there a certain one.

Sorry for the newbie question I am new to stick and will be getting one soon.
