350Z/G35 brakes will bolt to S13 with a minor modification and should bolt directly to S14..............the spl brackets are for use with 350Z/G35 (BREMBO) 12.78" rotors and Z32 30mm calipers.....IIRC
350Z/G35 rear brakes are also a whole other story.

Whats different I believe is the caliper mounting bolt size is a larger diameter on the 350Z/G35 and I was wrong, both the S13 and S14 will be the same procedure to make them fit, I think you have to drill out the mounting holes (ears on the hub/spindle assembly) to allow the larger diameter bolts to fit threw and mount to teh caliper.

not to burst anyones bubble, but when we put the BBK on my bro's touring model, the caliper holes were off significantly. I'll get pix for you guys when i get a chance.
I was under the impression that they were identical and you one would need is to bore out the spindle holes where the calipers mount up, but the mounting points on the 350z caliper are a bit further apart than the s14 stock caliper...

Well there you go thanks for clearing that up, I never really knew what was different.

Ok i know SPL makes the brackets for use with 350Z/G35 12.78" rotors with "Z32" calipers not the BREMBO gold calipers. I think there's two different things being talked about here.
It sounded to me that one person experienced the BREMBO torque member bracket was spaced wider than stock therefore not a direct bolt-on....
BREMBO's stock use a 12.78" rotor
Z32 stock use's 11"
the SPL bracket advertised that I see if for use only with the Z32 30mm calipers.

Well from all this it seems that i would need to get a custom bracket made which is too much work for a simple brake upgrade.....anyone here have them on the S14's already???

Jesus, did you fucking read anything above?
Z33/V35 brakes will bolt up in the front only by drilling the spindle ears out to 14mm (9/16"). Rears do not work without a custom bracket. Note that drilling the ears out does reduce the amount of material the caliper anchors to so it's advised to be accurate with it.
The SPL kit is designed to use Z33 Track rotors with Z32 calipers, completely different setup.
And FYI, the base Z33 brakes are no better than the Z32s, and in most cases heavier since the calipers are iron. Unless they were free you're wasting your time.
