Need some advice with my new strut install.

My stock front struts have been blown for about 3 months now....long story short I neglected to get them fixed and now I have a flat tire because of it. Yesterday I picked up a pair kyb gr-2 struts brand new for $80, they came with no instructions or nuts/bolts ect. My 6 strut tower bolts and nuts look pretty rusted and it looks like Im gunna have a hard time getting these off, although I haven't tried yet.

All I have is just hand tools not impact wrench or anything, whats a good way to get rusted nuts off these bolts? Should I replace these nuts wih new ones and if so what size or where can I get them? Any pointers or words of advice on how to go about making this install as easy as can be?

I know the quickest way of getting them instaled would be to just take the car to a shop and have them install them but ever since midas charged me $370.58 for a new alternator installed I vowed to do all the car work myself, besides I need to learn more about my car anyway. :-)

Anyway soak with PB Blaster or WD-40 and crack loose with breaker bar.
Soak threads with said fluid, clean, dry, then thread locker.

Assuming all other suspension parts are in order,this should not take more than 30 mins. And get an fsm for torque specs

A pring compress will make life easier on the install. You can buy one for around $40 or just rent one at pep-boys. You don't need an impact gun but it makes life easier. You can also go to Ace and get new nuts, bolts, washers, etc. PB Blaster works wonders.

You will need a spring compresser if you have stock springs, you can probably rent one from a parts store like auto zone. If you have lowering springs you shouldnt need the compresser.
