got S13 with pop ups.

High beam works.

Seal beam unit is fully functional. Nothing is burnt out.

Low beam has completely failed on me.

Check fuse, everything is ok. Wiring is ok. No water or antyhing.

Anyone have any idea, what it might me? It must be a really simple problem that im not seeing.

did you check all the fuses under the dash and inside the engine bay?

Under the Airbox I found a relay that might be your problem. My lights dont turn on until the head light are up. I replaced the relay and the Delay now they turn on when I flip the switch.

The pop-up has a few more control units where it can fail. Start at the relay box A on the US passenger side. Make sure all your fuses and fusible links are in good shape. Pull the fuse out and hook a multimeter across the terminals to see if there is continuity. If not, replace it.

Next you may want to check the bulbs themselves. I know you said high beam works, but the low beam filament may have broken off. It's unlikely that both bulbs will stop working at the same time though. So I don't think this is likely to be the cause.

Next I would check the headlamp timer unit. It's under the US driver side kick panel, next to the fusebox. It's labeled h/l timer. Make sure the wire harness is properly connected.

Next I would check the time control unit. It's next to the h/l timer. It controls a bunch of things, including low beam. If your door chimes and seatbelts are going crazy as well, this is likely the culprit.

I suspect it's your light switch itself. It's the actual switch on the steering column. Sometimes the terminals go bad and don't connect power as they should. You can get a new unit from auto parts stores for about $75.

Otherwise, check all your grounds and wiring. I would check the body harness under the front US driver fender. Sometimes the wheel eats through it.
