Aftermarket gauges right? You can buy adapters so you don't have to "Tap anyshit" such as a oil filter sandwich adapter that has ports for pressure/temp/feed.
By engine temp you mean water temp? Same thing, there are radiator hose couplers that have a sensor port.
The wiring is easy, if the gauges are electrical, there will be a power, ground, and send wire. Did your gauges come with instructions? Multimeters are your friend.....

Try to stay away from mechanical gauges as much as possible...thats all i got to say. Last thing you wanna have is a mechanical oil pressure gauge and have a leak inside your car.

I think they are all mechanical :ugh: Damnit...haha, oh well.
Where can I get these couplings from? And which hose would it go into ? The upper or lower one? Also, where can I get this oil filter sandwhich adapter? Would I have to mess w/ it everytime I change out my filter? How much, relatively ?

I got an oil sandwich adapter off ebay. Its actually pretty nice despite the usual quality of ebay car parts. It bolts down with a fitting supplied so no you don't have to mess with it after install.
Upper radiator hose for the water temp.

Holy hell thats expensive. Cant you just fabricate something up and have it work ? Thats crazy expensive man, and Im fuckin broke. ahha, thanks for the heads up, I'll most likely get one of those damn 50 dollar pieces of metal. haha

yah you can fabricate shit, just like that guy had to. but you can do it yourself with some taps and dies and etc, the water temp would be easy as hell with a tap and some thick pipe or if you have a welder you can do some crazy shit, I bought the nissport oil and water just cuz. but about all being mechanical, my oil pressure gauge is electrical so i dont have to run any hoses with oil in it. engine temp is also electrical. simple to install.

well I know the boost is mechanical, and more than likely the water temp BUT i dont know about the oil..hopefully it isnt!

I had the same concerns w/my water temp gauge as far as tapping the thermo housing. I had thought about getting one of those adapters for the radiator hose, and then I decided to have a coupling fabricated like stated in a prev. post, but in the end my mechanic just tapped the themo housing for me for free and I was done

well these damn mechanics down here do everything half ass, for the price of your ass. So I dont know, hopefully if I can fab somethin up it would come out nicely.
