View Full Version : WTB: Evaporator Core
I have a leaky evaporator core which causes me not to have A/C, and being that I live in Austin, TX...its getting kind of rough. I checked with SEVERAL parts stores and nobody can get me a new one. So with that said...has anyone removed their A/C system and has this part laying around?
And for those who think this part is hard to remove...it isn't...it's 3 bolts (after removing the glovebox). I need one that will fit in my '92 240sx. Email me at

I need some opinions...would it be worth purchasing this core used from a junkyard for $75? Or would I probably have more problems then solutions? <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sneaky.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':pissed:'> Seriously,...I kinda need to know what to do..
