crashed my car today...

yah today when i was driving back home i fucked it up. i was going straight in an intersection when it's green, then a volvo traveling in the opposite direction suddenly turn left...i pressed my brake, couldnt stop, and bumped into it's passenger side. half of my front end disappeared...i think my car is totalled. holy crap that volvo is freaking SOLID!!! only some body panel were bent in a bit, it's structure looks 100% okay. not to mention that it's a 80's...

Yeah old Volvos are solid cars...and oh so ugly (personal opinion...I hate Volvos...grrrrrr)...sorry to hear about your car though man! &nbsp;<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='???'> &nbsp; Don't you just hate jackass drivers? &nbsp;Where did it happen, at a light? &nbsp;Things like that have happened to me, the worst case was when I was riding my motorcycle, but so far I've been lucky enough to avoid an accident (all I can say is thank god bikes stop fast).

Is your frame bent at all? &nbsp;Maybe you're wrong and it's not totalled...that would be a good thing, especially considering it sounds like their insurance will have to pay for it, not yours.

Sorry to sound like an ass but, If you are going to part out your car I might be interested in the body panels INSIDE the car. Like the rear side panels next to the rear seats and the driver side Pillar on the front windshield (dont know what it is called.)
But Im very sorry about your car. I wrecked mine a couple months ago but mine was probaly very minor compaed to yours. I was about to cry I was so mad at myself.

What condition is the roof in? I was thinking about stealing the roof(cutting it out by pillars) of a s14 and reattaching it by weldling it and sanding it and painting it back on with the sunroof in it though.. I have a good friend at a body shop so I can prolly get it done there.. let me know what you have though... pics maybe and price? heh- never thought of buying a roof off of another car &nbsp;<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/hehe.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':hehe:'>

ok- I see the car- not the sunroof-- but oh well.. Is the roof smooth and all that? Can I see how the inside looks and where is the switch located for the sunroof? I'm gonna need the roof, sunroof, the inside ceiling and umm the wiring harness and all that. i feel for you man! &nbsp;thats why i try to be the one to be xtra xtra xtra careful out there. &nbsp;i even try to drive more like a senior citizen than my dad can. &nbsp;but if there an accident waiting to happen you can just cannot avoid it no matter what. &nbsp;if you are looking for another 97-98 &nbsp;and live in so.cal, then i may help you find one. &nbsp;there are two locations selling it under 13k. &nbsp;one black and one red. &nbsp;if you are parting out a car or if you know where they are taking it to dispose &nbsp;let me know coz i need to get the spindle and hubs for a 5 lug conversion. &nbsp;thanks!

Hey, nice sunroof.. I'm curious to know how your gonna cut the roof and all that if I was going to buy it plus, how do we get it to NJ where I live? I also just realized that there is an I-beam that runs the roof of my car and that I'm going to need to cut that..
