hey you guys that drive a 240sx and under 25..how much do you guys pay for car insurance? and is there a cost difference between one with KA24 and SR20?

i think i'm paying about 4000 or less a year. btw no cost difference between the ka24 and the sr20 if the insurance company doesnt know about the sr. plus sr20's arent street legal due to emission regulation or sumthing. i'm sure other people know more about this than i do (correct me if i'm wrong).

I pay a lot for insurance. $800 for 6 months liability with uninsured motorist.

Coverage is like up to $100k per occurance.

Im over 25 so cant help you there. But as far as SR20, they are not legal in CA. So even if you had one per se, thats not something one would typically tell an insurance company. They don't ask what motor is in your car no matter what car you have, they go according the VIN number which tells them what motor came in the car.

I moved from one city to a neighboring city and my insurance got cut in HALF.
It's about 1g full coverage.

Im paying 795 for 1 year of coverage but with liability only, Here are the bad things about payingthat much 2 accidents in less then 6months:naughty: bad area that I live in, and bearly 20yrs old:hs: And this is with mercury insurance I higly reccomend people who want a good price to go through them. Oh, lol my bad let me clear this up (just got my quote). i pay 2500/yr altogether. me, dad, mom. altogether we have 5 cars. also because i speed too much. i got 3 tickets in the past 2 years. i swear, it seems like they always catch me at the worst time of day. been tryin to drive a bit slower but it gets annoying when your behind some guy who drives 20mph below the speed limit.
