Air conditioner recharge

I am not sure if my car still has the R12 or the new R134a. How can I tell if it is converted?
If it has R12, do the conversion kits from autozone work good?
If it has R134a, will any recharger kit work?

really not sure dude, i think you should have r134a. but if you dont, they make conversion kits for it at pretty much any auto parts store, just go ask them and they will tell you. but if its a r134a, then use any r134a kit. if its r12, then get a conversion and then use a r134a kit.
