anyone buy anything from them? they have awesome prices but they almost seem a little too cheap. and they havent replied to any of my emails. just looking for some feedback as im looking to purchase a new snail

This is not something you woould ask in chat, or anywhere else fort that matter.
What you do is search various forums and google using their name as the term you search for, you then read all you can to discern whether or not other peoples' experiences will lead you to want to do business with them. In doing this, you may find a member of this forum who has dealt with them and will describe their experience on the forum, and if not, you can PM that member for more information.
