Is it appropriate to put S15 emblem on a S14?

I wonder if it's ok to put S15's front hood emblem on the a 97~98 S14? and a S15 "SILVIA" on the trunk of a 97~98 S14? i think the front hood emblem LOOKS GOOD on a 97~98 S14 front hood, but i don't know if i do this will make people think i'm stupid because put it on the wrong year SILVIA? i persoanlly think it just looks good so i do that...?!!?!
so DO YOU GUYS AGREE ? or DISAGREE? WHY?

Well its not as bad as a silvia emblem on a civic. In a way your car is sort of a silvia. I never really understood the front emblems.

I don't think it's a terrible thing to do, do it if it makes you happy.  My personal stance on this is that I would rather stay de-badged, or put the appropriate badging on.  I actually like the way the S14 silvia k's emblems look a lot.

if you can't do something without pissing someone off, then don't do it at all. that's my saying. buy it if you like it, that's everyone else's problem if they let little things like that get to them.

i may get a silvia front clip, 180sx tail lights and plates that say SIL 8E. is it a real sileighty? no. it's just a customized 240sx. will people like the car but dislike the part about the plates? that part i really don't care about, because i'll be going fast & lookin' good while those punks are bragging about their 155hp motor with a CAI! and there isn't a damn thing they can do. &nbsp;<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wow.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':0'>

Hrmf. honestly, i think it's the lamest way to spend 20-30 bux. I mean people like fart pipes and altezzas on their cars... yet everyone calls it rice. So it's your car, your choice, but you got a 240sx, not a silvia, and there is nothing to be ashamed of.

If you have the SR20DET or are planning on doing it, then get the K's emblem. &nbsp;I think those are pretty cool in some of the colour schemes.

Actually, they run around 50 bucks. &nbsp;If you "DrIfT LiKe a tItE MoFo" then I wouldnt buy it. &nbsp;Youll smash your hood, and loose it most likely. &nbsp;But, do whatever you want. &nbsp;If you say you are going to do it anyway, why post it on the board?
