does any one make a pipe to go from the cat to the muffler? i want to put a weld on muffler too.

thats not really a mid pipe.  midpipes usually replace the cat.  anyways, what you need could be done at a muffler shop.  try to find a small one, they are usually more understanding about your project.  shouldnt be too much, and it'd be custom.

i called meineke. they wanted between 150-200...i was just curious if someone already made them for our cars....a mid-pipe wouldnt be a good mod unless i was turbo right? something about backpressure?

Just save up for an exhaust. It's less hassle, and it'll actually do something for your performance.
