Hey all,

I have a digital dash/HUD coupe, and a couple days ago, my tach and coolant temp gauges both went out at the same time.

The speedo and fuel work fine, and the interior lights take the same amount of time to warm up as usual, so I'm at a loss. Any Ideas on what might have caused this? You help is much appreciated.

have you checked the engine coolant temp sensor?

Time For Autometer !1!!1!1!!!1!!!!1!1!1 , which is actually a good thing since by the time the stokc gauge warns u of overheating, your car will be damaged already, the stocker sucks, although I like not having a big ass tach sittin on my dash, so yah i hope someone else can chime in to your problem, the problem could lie in a million things, but what might help you is if someone can determine a common link to the tach and water gauge, as that will tell you your problem, such as sharing a common ground, which i dont know if they do or not or if all your gauges share the same ground IDK, but im sure someone else here does know what may be the problem.

Ya, checked both temp sensors on the engine, and my EGT gauge is reading normal, so I highly doubt any overheating's present. I can't stand autometer. I was just checking to see if anyone had similar problems in the past. I'm sure it's a grounding/fuse issue that I need to chase down.
