So after sitting on the shelf for about a year i am getting things ready for the swap next week, gapping plugs, looking things over to see if i had forgot anything, and i see the walbre pump i had bought like this:

That exact same thing happened to one of my walbro fuelpumps awhile back. I pretty much tossed it, unless you can use JB weld that was ment for gas tanks etc.

Or how about plastic welding it back together? People do it to bumpers etc all the time.. it might hold it pretty well

As a follow up note, JB weld DOES NOT hole p for more than 7 days in a fuel tank. the fuel eats away at it and you have to find a new pupm and go through all this shit of ordering 8 more broke pumps all over again.

or at least that's what someone told me. cause i don't like being the test subject.

in that hump, twards the front of the car on the front of the tank about a foot down into the tank to be exact, you have to slide it up to get it out of the bracket that mounts it to the front of the tank. in that is confusing take a look at a FSM it has a nice pic for you.
