What color is the lip, and is all the mounting stuff included. Also how good of condition is it in?

sorry for the lack of info. the lip has a small crack on the mounting hole. it is not noticable when it is on. it comes with mounting holes. pretty firm about the price on the lip. sprayed it flat black. i can redo it if you want if you give me 5 bucks for the paint =]
