What do you think looks best? 16s 17s or 18s?

I think I like the 17s better. 18s looks like i'm almost 4x4ing it, but if the car was slammed 18s would be better.

For handling purposes I should probably get 17s though....

From your chops the 16s look good, but in real life I think the 17s would look a big better than the 16s since there's less sidewall and your tires don't look as much like balloons... Really depends on the width of your wheels and offset too... I have 16s... offsets are so horrible the tires look like balloons sadly...

i'm going to stick with the 8inch width and 225 width tires and keep the sidewalls to 45 for 17s and 40 for 18s. looks like i'll do the 17s

if your ever goign to do aero, i suggest an 18 and wider (So it flows well with sideskirts, etc), but if you are enver going to do aero, id say 17x9 +20 all around
