Tom Oathoudt / bigtomsgarage on ebay.
He had this stuff dropshipped from NeoTechImports and they have not responded either.
At first I thought I was only looking at some dinged up parts http://driftkat.com/images/IMG_0036.jpg and a pair of bad rear rotors really...now there is more...
I have two left calipers (R33's which are supposed to be the 32mm x 296mm according to him).
I paid through paypal via a credit card, do I have a way to cover myself?

Thanks just did the paypal thing...even though some of the parts were banged up and I may have 30mm parts and not 32mm, I am ok with that as long as I can get back $50 to cover the rebuild kits and parts (at at deep discount) plus a equal right front caliper to my left 'extra' one I will ship back on my dime.
I paid $510 to my door...to me that is not bad for a complete kit with nice ebrakes (albiet a bit bent, but clean and nice shoes/hardware).
I really think I am being fair here, but the guy was fast to respond pre-sale, but a two week response post-sale.

What all did you get for $510? Full front and rear calipers/rotors with ebrakes?

yes and no.
I got two left calipers that need rebuilds.
2 rear calipers that need rebuilds
all calipers were dinged up by being packed in a box 3 times the need for the space they took and each had barely any padding...one rear caliper had a 1/4" chunk out of it.
1 rear caliper was missing the mounting washers and one bolt.
the front rotors are supposed to be 32mm x 296mm but when they were turned they spec'd to 29mm. I am thinking I actually got 30mm rotors and calipers.
The rear rotors were rusted badly and have a wear lip beyond servicable limits.
The ebrakes were clean but one was badly bent, the other bent but not so bad. Despite cut cables one had the cable mounting nut removed.
the hubs that were included were badly rusted especially in the axle seats. One had a grease leak and sticks a bit when first turned.
If I can get $50 back and a swap of one left front caliper for the proper right one in the good condition I'd be happy.

Even though it's R33 parts, you could have done better with Z32 stuff for way less money. Typically used rotors are going to be trash anyway and increase the cost since they're so much heavier. I'd send a note saying thanks for wasting your time with those, and fight for at least $125 back since they're not worth what you paid in the condition they're in anyway. The full setup could be had for maybe $300 (or less) at a good salvage yard off a Z32, and removed cleanly and in one piece too.

Which lead me to stop waiting another 2weeks for a reply and just file the claim with paypal.
I am trying to be fair I think...i am open to opinions. $50 back due to having to turn two rotors, and replace two...plus hardware kits. and a good condition right caliper from the same make and model and appearance.
The lot weighs in at 124lbs, in my opinion due to sending goods that were not what was advertized vs just me changing my mind should have him picking up whatever return shipping.

I have not been able to find a yard like that locally (most don't have Z32's), the one's I called (car-parts.com, zcar of atlanta, etc) want close to $300 for a pair of calipers, $150 a pair of ebrakes, and that's no rotors.
I was looking specifically for the R32 GTR 32mm x 296mm rotors up front (I would have loved brembos)...these were said to be the same. I believe they are actually 30mm x 296mm in reality. Getting the non-Z32 rotors with the deal is a huge plus as aftermarket run a minimum of about $130 a wheel vs the Z32 brembo blanks you can pick up for $50 shipping :).
Z32 is already overkill I agree. The price, appearance and based on the pictures and description are why I decided to bite the bullet.
