I have been trying to get my car running how I want it to. It runs fairly well but I have some issues. Maybe some of you turbo folk have some good diagnostic skills.

I am running the IAP kit right now which has the GReddy Type-RS BOV. When I'm driving my car, I can't quite get the BOV to work like I want it to. As i'm driving and shift at a lower RPM but get into boost a lil...i get compressor surge "Flutter". When I try to bring it into the higher Psi range, right at 7psi I get a loud PSHHHH like air is rushing out when I'm still on the gas. My Tial Wastegate has a 7psi spring in it so I'm thinking maybe this is the wastegate? Also when this air starts coming out..I lose all my power. It stops pulling as hard as it was from 3k to 4k.

I am not running any fuel controller right now nor do I know my fuel/air ratios.

I have a plx-300 wideband that I haven't installed yet. I'm going to hook that up to maybe get a better idea why this is happening.

What do you guys think?? Ran into this problem before?

Is this on a SR or a KA-T set-up? You sure you got the right vacuum line hooked up on your BOV? Where do you have this line hooked to? If your running the line from the throttlebody plate. Make sure its one of the the 2 nipples, dont use the 1 nipple by itself.

This is a KA, and the vacuum line its hooked up to right now is the same one that my boost guage is hooked up to and it reads 15 vac at idle.
