The fill hole is parallel with the drain plug about 8-10 inches up around towards the drivers side. The tranny takes ~2.5qt. Just fill until it starts pouring out, you can't overfill the tranny like you can the engine.

DSC's right. fyi... The fill plug is the same shape as the drain plug (just in case you're looking for something different). You might need some wd-40 cause mine was a bitch to get loose.
